Every delivery is handled through our trusted USDA-approved pet transport service, operated by experienced professionals who specialize exclusively in the safe handling and transportation of puppies. Your puppy is never treated as cargo, they are handled with the same warmth, care, and attention they have received since the day they were born.

Our flat $200 door-to-door delivery fee is all-inclusive. Here is exactly what your delivery fee covers:

Our Delivery Process — Step by Step

Step 1 — Paperwork & Preparation

Once your Puppy Sale Agreement is signed and your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your puppy for the journey. This includes a final veterinary health check, confirmation of all vaccination and health records, and careful preparation of all travel documentation.

Step 2 — Departure Confirmation

We will contact you directly to confirm your puppy’s departure date and estimated arrival window. You will receive your transport handler’s contact details so you always have a direct line of communication throughout the process.

Step 3 — Real-Time Journey Updates

From the moment your puppy leaves our care, you will receive regular updates along the way — so you always know exactly where your puppy is and when to expect them. We know how exciting this day is, and we want you to enjoy every moment of it.

Step 4 — Safe Arrival at Your Door

Your Havanese puppy will be delivered safely and directly to your home address. Our transport handler will personally hand your puppy over to you, along with all accompanying documentation including health records, vaccination history, AKC registration papers, and your signed contract.

Step 5 — We Follow Up

Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. Within 24–48 hours of your puppy’s arrival, we will personally follow up to make sure your puppy has settled in comfortably and that you have everything you need for a smooth, happy transition.
